We offer a variety of packages to meet your changing project needs. Our packages allow you to choose the assortment of services which best suits the project at hand through simple and affordable package options. Whether you’re project site is in an urban or rural area, our packages are designed to offer you information that is most often available for that type of environment.

All reports meet or exceed the U.S. EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry Guidelines (AAI Final Rule) and ASTM E1527 - 05 guidelines unless you specify otherwise. You may also order any of our reports or research services a la carte.

The Basic Package was created for those who intend to gather some of the historical documents for the due diligence research process themselves or only need specific historical research services due to the scope of their project. The package contains a Radius Report, Fire Insurance Map Research, and one additional historical service; choose a City Directory Report, Historical Aerial Photos or Historical Topographic Maps.

The most comprehensive package available offers the greatest in-depth research into a property's historical uses. The package contains a Radius Report, Historical Aerial Photos, Historical Topographic Maps, a City Directory Report and Fire Insurance Map Research.

This package was designed specifically for environmental assessments on rural properties and raw land. When city directories, FI Maps, and chain of title searches will yield few results, historical aerials and topographic maps become essential to fulfilling your due diligence. The package contains a Radius Report, Historical Aerial Photos and Historical Topographic Maps.
