Prescreen Radius Report with Risk Indicator This report is based on a full ASTM / AAI government records search with a one page summary indicating the potential level of risk based on the database search results. The report includes a list of sites found and map of environmental concerns at the subject site and within the area.

Radius Report This report is based on a full ASTM / AAI government records search and includes a site summary listing, comprehensive site details and several maps.

Environmental Risk Summary with Recommended Action Analysis
This unique risk summary and recommended action is used by lenders on properties that may not warrant a full Phase I Site Assessment up front and enables the lender to conduct a more thorough level of environmental due-diligence and collateral risk screening. If a risk rating indicates known or potential concerns, then the lender may desire to proceed with an EP Review or full Phase I Site Assessment.

This risk summary and recommended action is also used for SBA loans on properties that: “do not” fall in the list of NAICS codes that the SBA considers an environmentally sensitive industry, the loan amount is up to and including $150,000.00, and the questionnaire reveals it is unlikely that there is environmental contamination at the property and no further investigation is warranted. Under those conditions, this Action Analysis, Summary and Recommended Action “may” suffice for the Environmental Investigation and the lender / CDC may submit the results to the SBA with recommendations to seek the SBA’s concurrence. If the questionnaire results and summary indicate further investigation “is suggested or recommended”, we recommend you forward the questionnaire and government records report to an environmental professional (EP) for an EP review or Transaction Screen in order to be in compliance with SBA requirements.

This one page summary is based on a full ASTM / AAI government records search and an automated analysis that takes into account numerous variables including: the type of government records found (if any) for the subject site and all adjacent sites within a 1 mile radius, the elevation of the surrounding sites, and answers to the SBA questions of concern SBA SOP 50 -10 (5) as provided by the lender on behalf of the property owner. This summary provides a risk level (low or high) and recommended action (no further action for low risk, further action suggested also for low risk with certain conditions or further action recommended for high risk).
