Government Records Reports

We can provide government records information to you quickly, in a useful, concise and user friendly report format. All our reports are based on US EPA All Appropriate Inquiry Guidelines (AAI Final Rule) & ASTM E1527 - 05 Standards unless you specify otherwise. In addition, you have the option to exceed those search default settings by adding additional databases, increasing search distances and you can also create custom report settings for select databases.

Radius Report
This report is based on a full ASTM / AAI government records search and includes a site summary listing, comprehensive site details and several maps. This is the most commonly used report type for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments we offer.

Prescreen Radius Report
This report is based on a full ASTM / AAI government records search; however, the report is limited to the results and a map. It does not include comprehensive site details and is primarily used for preliminary screening.

Area Report
This report is often used for large subject properties or when multiple adjacent properties are all considered the subject site. It displays the subject property area as a square or polygon to represent the approximate boundaries of the subject area, and then conducts the database search from the corners of the square or polygon. You can choose the database search distance based on your project needs.

Linear Report
This report is often used for unique or long subject properties such as highways, proposed utility routes, freeway extensions, redevelopment corridors and many other applications. It displays the subject property as a line segment or a series of contiguous line segments. You can choose the database search distance based on your project needs.

NEPA Preliminary Report
This report is based on typical information used to screen properties or an area for potential environmental impact as defined by the National Environmental Protection Act. It is not based on ASTM standards or AAI guidelines. It includes a search of FEMA’s Q3 digital database of 100 & 500 Year Floodplains, Wetlands, the Register of National Historic Places, Federal Land Use and Endangered Species (where available) and is often used for Cellular Tower projects.

GIS Government Records Report File
An extract of summarized information and latitude / longitudes for mapped sites in your government records report are available in ARC GIS, Pitney Bowes Map Info or other formats for an additional fee.
